Do you hear what I hear?

Gracenote is a query service used by a number of computer programs to determine what CD you just put into your computer: if you stick a CD in, and your audio program almost immediately tells you what album, artist and song listing applies, odds are your computer sent an message to Gracenote and Gracenote sent a message back.

Now, here's something keen: Gracenote has added a page you can go to if you want to see what the most popular queries are. That's not a great way to describe it, but if you click on that link, you'll see what I'm talking about. It's pretty cool. Whole lotta people in the U.S. listening to Pink Floyd right now, surprise, surprise. And The Beatles are popular throughout the western hemisphere and Russia. (In Japan, they really like Mr. Children. No, I haven't heard of them either.)
