Running with scissors

>> Friday, December 07, 2007

Wil Wheaton's blog drew my attention to this awesome slide show in which Wellington Grey demonstrates how he accessed software he purchased without actually agreeing to the licensing agreement he couldn't read without first agreeing to it. Read it, it's amusing. It also makes the rather excellent point that if the DMCA applied to physical objects, it would outlaw scissors. Don't be surprised if this actually happens, by the way.
