Rigor Amortis: kicking ass. Taking names.

Rigor Amortis has broken the Top 100 Horror Books at Amazon.

Hey, what's that at 99? Wizard And Glass? Written by, uhm, who's that obscure author? Stephen King? Uh-huh. That's right. Hey, oh, what's that, Dean Koontz? I can't hear you--I can't hear anything coming up from the 97th and 100th positions on the chart. Your voice, it's so faint, it's so tiny, like it's coming out of a tiny little boombox being carted around by a tiny little mouse wearing a Hawaiian shirt but no pants for gods-only-know-what-reasons.

UPDATE 2010-10-01: And at 5:00 PM what's this? #77?

Charting with a bullet, kids! Get the champagne!

UPDATE 2010-10-01, 6:17 PM EST:

We're now at #45 in Horror and #1,530 in books....

Damn.

Thank you to everybody who's made this happen. Seriously.

UPDATE 2010-10-01, 7:03 PM EST: 41.

UPDATE 2010-10-01, 8:47 PM EST: 39.

Not a bad way to start your career as an author now is it?

Hell no, and a virtual champagne toast to you, too!

It seems likely that I will spend the rest of the afternoon hitting refresh on the Amazon page...

Most excellent, Eric and Phiala! Congratulations!
